ISO 9001:2008 Certification

The Hibbert Group, a marketing services company and ISO certified since 1998, has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 Certification. The demanding criteria for conformance to the revised ISO standard emphasize management involvement and total employee participation; process performance and measurement; and continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction. The transition from ISO 9001:2000 to ISO 9001:2008 involved a company–wide review to evaluate existing processes. The review resulted in opportunities for further improvement and clarification of the existing standards. The registrar for the certification was British Standards Institution.

This company–wide certification includes Fulfillment, Program Administration, Direct Marketing and Database Management, Information Technology, and Related Support Services.
