ISO 9001:2008 Certification

The Hibbert Group, a marketing services company and ISO certified since 1998, has been awarded ISO 9001:2008 Certification. The demanding criteria for conformance to the revised ISO standard emphasize management involvement and total employee participation; process performance and measurement; and continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction.
